Our client is a provider of document management systems and is now looking to recruit a Technical Support Manager.

- Lead and Manage: Steer the support team, enhancing their technical know-how, with a particular emphasis on document management systems such as iManage and NetDocuments.
- Client Support: Provide exemplary support through chat, email, and phone interactions.
- Training Excellence: Oversee professional and timely remote training sessions, from regular webinars to tailored programs for clients.
- Integration Support: Take charge of supporting integrations with various products, ensuring seamless functionality from the application perspective.
- Work closely with the development team to prioritise and articulate issues, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Support Background: Demonstrable experience with document management systems, specifically iManage and NetDocuments, is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Suitable for current team leaders or senior team members adept in team management.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to convey messages clearly to both clients and team members.
