: £23,000 to £27,000 P/A Depending on experience Location:
: Flexible starting and finishing times, 8:30am to 9:30am, 5:30pm to 6:30pm
This role is fully office-based, occasional travel may be required

Our client is looking for a technical-minded, customer service-focused individual to join their vibrant and energetic business based on the outskirts of Fareham. This position is heavily customer- focused and you will be responsible for monitoring and creating new ways to improve the overall customer support for the company s customers. The duties of the Technical Support will be:
Produce and manage the customer knowledge base for technical support and identifying any gaps
Obtain relevant customer feedback and report on the findings
Put together and manage responses for technical issues online
Manage customer escalations ensuring all processes are dealt with correctly.
Work closely with internal teams and streamline improvements were possible
Support senior management when required
Carry out adhoc duties when needed Experience required for the Technical Support:
Our client would be keen to speak with candidates who have worked in a similar position or from the likes of, Customer/Technical Support, Helpdesk, QA and Customer Experience.
