Technical Support Executive
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Executive to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Technical Support Executive will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of customer technical queries
- Liaising with the UK engineering team, manufacturer's support team and internal team where necessary
- Distribution internally of the latest documentation that is released by the Global HQ and supporting the CEC technological requirements
- Providing online product health checks for customers
The Technical Support Executive will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player attitude, willing to work closely to ensure the best level of service is provided
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping
- A keen interest in technology
