Are you a skilled Technical Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a leading manufacturer of AV Signal Distribution and collaboration Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely, covering the UK & Ireland, and play a key role in providing exceptional technical support to customers.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for receiving, issuing and testing RMAâ s, as well as addressing customer questions and concerns via calls, E-mails and online chats. You will also assist in updating stock inventory, maintaining documentation, and providing design inquiries from customers. In addition, you will be required to demonstrate dependability and punctuality, and be on call for one week per month.
What you will need
We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and who can handle stressful situations in an appropriate manner. Proficiency in computing and troubleshooting software and hardware concerns is essential, as is the ability to multi-task and handle several requests efficiently. Within the first year of employment, you must also train and achieve the AV Technologist certification.
