Technical Support Engineer - Wiltshire - 35k

Platform Recruitment have partnered with a client that specialise in cooling & freezing solutions in the life science industry. They are looking to take on a tech support engineer who can provide technical assistance and support to their customers.

Key responsibilities:
+ Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of their medical refrigeration and freezing equipment.
+ Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering guidance to clients.
+ Assist customers with equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance procedures.

Key skills:
+ Proficiency in using technical support tools.
+ Problem-solving skills
+ Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support
