Description

  • Product Quality assessments and issue management
  • Technical support to Authorised repair Partners, including audits and field accompaniments
  • Training and knowledge gap assessment for Repair Partner Engineers
  • Assess repair data to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Technical support
  • New product assessments including first spares orders, document review and training requirements
  • Technical bulletins for Field engineers
  • Failed product assessments and incident reporting
  • Performance reviews supporting the Technical Manager in performance reviews with Service Partners
  • Recall and rework management
  • Incoming stock quality assessments

Profile

  • Formal Technical qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in the repair of consumer electronics
  • Experience in data review using Microsoft excel or other similar packages
  • Ability to review processes and procedures to suggest improvements, write reports and/or produce technical bulletins
  • Ability to coach and train Engineers when new technical solutions are available.
  • Technically capable with the ability to communicate with all parties and to accurately interpret and communicate technical solutions
  • Self-confident with a passion for quality and efficiency improvements
  • Take ownership of service related enquiries to resolution
  • Remain up to date with current repair and regulatory standards
  • Ability to assess quality and suggest improvements.
