Technical Support Engineer
Gleeson Recruitment are working on an incredibly, exciting opportunity alongside a well renowned sports team.
This is a Techncial Support Engineers role working along first line issues in a remarkable 'techy' environment whit an opportunity to grow skills in Network, Infrastructure and various areas of IT that the successful candidate may want to progress in.
The ideal candidate will have the fundamental working knowledge of first line with an ambitious drive, keen to develop in their career within the I.T sector.
Professionalism and discretionary working are imperative to this role. Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support on a 1st line basis
Setup and support all mobile phones / laptops / printers when required
Maintain new laptops and PCs when required.
Providing support to company software including hosted applications when required
Provide day to day support of company server and network infrastructure.
Provide support to the Head of IT for all IT Projects.Requirements:
Understanding of IT systems and competence to resolve issues in isolation.
Basic Active Directory and Windows OS support and use.
Experience in IT system and problem resolution / troubleshooting.
Task driven and able to work at a fast pace.
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks and flexible in working hours
