Technical Services Officer

Salary: £28,000

Location: Lichfield

Our client has just began looking for a Technical Services Officer to join the team in Lichfield. The role will involve supporting the Technical and Quality department to ensure that all legislative, industry codes of practice and customer requirements in respect of the quality and food safety are clearly written into the site quality management system. The Technical Services Officer will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day customer queries and complaints are dealt with. You'll be organised and professional, HACCP and Food Safety trained, and able to manage your own workload under your own initiative.

Skills required for Technical Services Officer:

  • Food Safety Qualification
  • HACCP Experience
  • Engineering Knowledge/Background
