Technical Security Training Specialist

We are collaborating with one of our global clients, who are looking for a Technical Security Training Specialist for their expanding in-house Information Security team.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Security Awareness and Training professional with practical experience in team training on security topics and managing a team. As the business requirements evolve, various security challenges emerge. This role is focused on assisting colleagues in comprehending these security challenges, identifying knowledge gaps, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Main Requirements:

• Promoting knowledge exchange to enhance the accuracy and delivery of technical security training across teams.
• Ensuring the relevance of training content for every team and stakeholder.
• Increasing training completion rates by implementing gamification in the learning process.
• Staying informed about upcoming technology changes and projects requiring specific training.
• Conducting instructor-led sessions for security technology implementations.
• Researching industry best practices and global security trends to educate colleagues effectively.
• Planning, designing, managing, and reporting on worldwide Cyber Security technical training events, including activities like capture the flag and hack-the-box for Office colleagues.
• Developing research-based briefings using creative methods to highlight the professional and social impacts of subpar technical security practices.
• Creating training programs that align with the software development lifecycle and streamline security integration into daily operations.
• Enhancing training based on data-driven insights

Location: 2 days a week in the Hertfordshire office

Salary: up to £72,000 with of 20% bonus and great additional benefits
