Regional Technical Sales Manager 40,000+ OTE £45 to £50K+, Field Based within the North West
With your safety boots and high viz in the back of your car and your thirst for bringing in business, your stomping ground will be the North West where you will be working hand in hand with existing customers to deliver vital solutions and picking up new customers along the way.
Your technical knowledge of a plant room will be instrumental in understanding the customer requirements and putting together a sales quotation that suits their needs be it capital equipment sales, service contracts or a bit of both.
With decades of of experience within the industrial air system industry the company knows what they are doing and need another capable pair of hands to contribute to their growth.
Working in a field based role you will be instrumental in managing relationships with regional accounts and will be maximising sales through service contracts and capital sales with existing customers whilst spotting and nurturing new opportunities where possible.
As the Technical Sales Manager you will have been working in a similar role within the compressed air industry, or have familiarity with compressors, HVAC, Pumps and be like a kid in a candy store in a plant room.
You have the autonomy to manage your own time and to engage with your customers to get the job done and will be in the office around once a month.
Without a driving licence visiting your diverse customer base may be very tricky, so this a deal breaker.
How will you be rewarded as the Technical Sales Manager?
- A competitive base salary of up to £40k, with on ote of £50k, a company car or allowance
- Your targets will be realistic, although you will have a target you are paid on every sale, which means the earnings are uncapped, the more deals you close the more you can expect to see in commission.
