In this varied role, you will provide essential product and technical support ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the clients' product. You will be the first port of call for customers, and be dedicated to understanding their needs as well as providing efficient and effective solutions which will include installation, calibration, and maintenance processes for equipment.
The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in providing technical product support, particularly within a medical device environment. Great note-taking skills and a commitment to effective documentation are essential. Additionally, you should be adept at staying up-to-date with evolving client product demands and comfortable conducting training sessions for both customers and fellow staff members.
