Our client develops a suite of software products used throughout the global oil and gas industry but an boast recent and significant international success by branching out into other industries and sectors. With nearly 30 years as a key player in their market and a superb reputation; our client is looking to bolster it s close-knit team of industry and subject matter experts by adding a Technical Pre & Post Sales Analyst. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical/ helpdesk support on the suite of products when needed
- Provide deployment and configuration support on the applications for various end-customer projects
- Software documentation and compliance support
- Inputting and responding to end-customer requests for information on compliance, industry standards, cyber and information security through an internally built bespoke customer portal.
This is a position which would suit a technically minded individual with some experience in software / application support with meticulous communication skills and a strong eye for detail and administration, looking for a role that could progress into a Sales Enablement / Customer Succes type position or into a product / technical support type role. This role is available as a fully remote
position within Scotland however there is an Aberdeen based HQ should you wish for onsite or hybrid working conditions.
