Technical Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well established, progressive manufacturer in the recruitment of a Technical Manager.

The Technical Manager will be required to:

• Work as part of a highly professional Senior Leadership Team to deliver on the company goals
• Deliver the product development strategy across their product ranges
• Develop the skills and resources of the technical team
• Further develop their standing in the industry through increased external visibility
• Keep a keen awareness of product legislative changes
• Drive change and process improvements

• Relevant degree qualification in an engineering or manufacturing subject
• Experience of developing new products
• Previous team management experience
• Demonstrable experience of driving teams, performance and outcomes
