Are you a QA Manager from a technical background looking for a varied and autonomous role within a friendly team inside a growing company who offer a company and the opportunity to increase your earnings through a bonus and to be the technical Quality expert in the company?
This company are a leader in LED lighting who provide their products into the commercial industry globally, and have been doing so for over 18 years. Due to a coworker moving on they are looking for a new QA Manager to join their team.
In this dynamic role you will be working on both the quality assurance and technical sides of the business as you auditing and check the legislation and regulations of the products as well as assuring the technical aspects of the products are correct. Additionally you will have a responsibility to investigate customer queries by phone or by site visits as well as testing new products. You will work a Monday - Friday shift pattern of 09:00am - 17:00pm.
This role would suit a QA / Quality Assurance Manager from a technical background looking for an autonomous and technically challenging role within a well-established company offering a bonus and opportunities for ongoing technical progression.
The Role:
- Assist in both the QA and technical sides of the product
- Investigate customers problems in office with occasional site visits
- Be in charge of product auditing and product testing
- Undertake response to customer queries in addition to working on regulation and legislation
