This established SME engineering manufacturer has achieved year on year record growth. They design a range of protective electronic and electromechanical devices with gas and heat detection capabilities used in industrial and hazardous environments globally.
As an Internal Technical salesperson, you will join a small team tasked with proactively responding to incoming phone, email and web-based sales enquiries from existing and potential customers and supporting external Sales Engineers.
You will engage in productive telephone, MS Teams, or email conversations to establish which products would best suit a customer s application, provide pricing, product information, manufacturing lead times, and proactively follow up on quotes to convert enquiries into sales.
As an Internal Sales Person, you should have experience interacting with customers in a business-to-business environment, be capable of creative solution selling, and have worked with or have a technical interest in engineering (electrical/electronic/electromechanical) or technology. Experience dealing with international sales channels with industrial products is advantageous. Specific product training will be provided.
