Salary: Circa 25,000 + bonus - OTE of circa 30,000+
As Technical Customer Service you will be responsible for working with existing customer to help solve any technical issues and account queries they may have.
One of your main roles will be to explain what specific water test results mean and ensuring the client received the best practical advice on technical issues.
It is essential you have a good understanding on the environmental industry and comfortable in a technical environment. Excellent communication and organisation skills go without saying.
This role will grow and you will be become a field support professional and visit existing and new clients to further promote the entire services of the company.
