Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Technical Services Engineer to join a dynamic team. As a key member of a security division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of their security systems. If you're a proactive problem solver, have expertise in security technology, and a passion for providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with security equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide technical support and solutions.
- Conduct regular system inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security technology trends and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of security system installations.
- Assist in client training and support for security system operation.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security system installation, maintenance, and commissioing.
- Knowledge of various security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Proficiency in security software and related applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications in security systems or related fields are a plus.
- Advanced Technical knowledge on Access Control Systems Gallagher, Avigilon, Paxton
- Advanced Technical knowledge on IP CCTV Systems Avigilon, Milestone, Hanwha, IDIS
