Dynamics 365 Technical Support Consultant

Futures are recruiting on behalf of an long standing UK Microsoft Partner as they look to add to their specialist support team with a Dynamics 365 Technical Support Consultant. The role will involve supporting a diverse customer base within an enthusiastic, progressive team environment. This challenging opportunity provides a great platform to build on your prior experience in D365 / Dynamics 365 CRM systems support; growing exposure across a fantastic range of customer projects.

This role offers full home based flexibility, with an occasional requirement to travel to customer site and/or company office for meetings.

The Dynamics 365 Technical Support Consultant role will involve

  • Supporting 1st, 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk support tickets surrounding Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
  • Troubleshooting system performance issues and minor bug fixing
  • Project based support analysis for new implementation projects
  • Training users on new functionality and system changes
  • Working closely with customers to provide top tier customer service and support

Preferable skills for the Dynamics 365 Technical Support Consultant role will include

  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to support system issues to 2nd and 3rd line level
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand issues and troubleshoot effectively
  • Broad modular understanding - ideally including finance, supply chain OR manufacturing
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal, comfortable in user facing environment
