Commercial/Technical Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in Hampshire with an excellent reputation for delivering, bespoke, super prime residential properties across the South.

Due to continued growth they are currently looking at recruiting a Commercial/Technical Assistant to join their existing team in the office. This is a fairly entry level position where the successful candidate will be assisting both the Senior Surveyor and Technical Manager with the day to day running of multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a role where they can grow with a company and develop their career.

Although this is an entry level position, construction knowledge is required and so candidates must have either recently graduated from a construction based degree or have spent 2 - 3 years working for a main contractor within the commercial or technical department. Also as this role will be working alongside seniors and learning from them this would be an office based role so candidates must be within an hour commute of the office in Aldershot. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to 35k + package depending on experience.
